Konzem will come to the Basehor-Linwood School District from the Spring Hill School District having served as an elementary teacher for 12 years, an Instructional Coach for 6 years, and a Leader in Me District Coach for 2 years. She held an administrative internship position at Wolf Creek Elementary School in 2017 after receiving her Masters of Science in School Leadership from Baker University, also in 2017, and then became an Instructional Coach. Additionally, Konzem taught 2nd grade at Wolf Creek Elementary for 4 years, and 1st and 2nd Grades at Spring Hill Elementary for 8 years.
“Mrs. Konzem will make a great addition to our Basehor-Linwood administrative team!” USD 458 Superintendent Doug Powers said. “It is apparent that Mrs. Konzem possesses the professional and instructional knowledge, leadership skills, as well as the experience to be a strong leader at Basehor Elementary School.”
